Industry applications and solutions
High-level biotech equipment around sample pre-processing and laboratory precision, and the provision of instrumentation and scenery programmes in such areas as life sciences, biomedicine, food safety, environmental monitoring, new materials and synthetic organisms. In the context of the nationalization of scientific instruments and the "retrofitting of equipment" policy, downstream demand continues to release: In 2025, according to ISP data, the market for scientific instrumentation in China was 38597 billion yuan, an increase of 4.28 per cent over the same period; and the expenditure of funds for society as a whole, R& and D, which increased from 1.42 trillion yuan in 2015 to 3.93 trillion yuan in 2025, with a complex annual growth rate of about 10.69 per cent, to provide sustained financial support for the procurement of laboratory equipment.
The following industry data are derived from open industry research and policy documents (Intelligence Research Advisory, Frost& Sullivan, Study and Research Institute, and Public Documents of the Ministry of Industry and Communications and the General Directorate of Market Supervision) and are used to describe the context of demand and do not constitute a commitment to a particular client; the specific programme is based on a technical confirmation from both parties.
I. Biomedicine and Innovative Drug Research and Development (including CXO / CDMO)
Innovative drug research and development has led to a rigid demand for experimental equipment. According to public statistics, China ' s CXO (including CRO and CDMO) market was about $210.0 billion in 2024, an increase of 16.7 per cent over the same year, with a projected breakthrough of 270 billion in 2026; of these, CRO was about $13.5 billion and CDMO was about $93.6 billion. The global CRO+CDMO market was about $174 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $34.4 billion in 2030. The expansion of the R & D pipeline has increased the demand for high-throughput, traceable sample preparation equipment for drug detection, protein/antibody purification, cell treatment vector separation, etc.

II. Vaccines and freezed drying of biological products
Frozen drying is a key process for the long-term stable preservation of temperature-sensitive biological products such as vaccines, antibodies, and living fungi formulations. According to industry data, in 2024, the market size of China ' s pharmaceutical tundra system was 58.30 billion yuan, an increase of 12.7 per cent over the same period; the procurement of vaccine-type tundra equipment increased by more than 18 per cent over the same period. The global market for refrigeration drying equipment was about $3.64 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $6.5 billion in 2035 (complex annual growth rate of 5.4 per cent). In the area of food and nutrition, the market for frozen dry foods is expected to grow from $30.4 billion in 2024 to $56.27 billion in 2034, with the Chinese market growing at an average of 16.1 per cent per annum in 2014-2024.

Food safety tests
Food safety detection requirements for trace target concentrations make pre-sampling a key bottleneck. According to the above-mentioned data, the size of our market for food safety testing increased from $92.68 billion in 2020 to $13.55 billion in 2023, which is expected to reach 1996 billion in 2027, and the food inspection industry to $152.4 billion in 2025. Agricultural, veterinary, additive and toxin levels are mostly trace sizes and require extraction, purification and enrichment to instrument volume analysis. The monthly processing of samples by a provincial food safety detection centre exceeded the 2000 batch, and the use of vacuum centrifugal enrichment as an alternative to traditional nitrogen-blowing better addressed pain points such as the degradation of heat-sensitive pesticides, the splattering of samples and cross-contamination, with a single batch handling of hundreds of samples.

Environmental monitoring and third-party testing
The testing and testing industry has accelerated its upgrading under the "Equipment Renewal" policy. According to the 2024 National Statistical Bulletin on Testing and Testing Services, as of the end of 2024, there were 53,057 national testing and testing institutions, with an operating income of $48,75.97 billion, an increase of 4.41 per cent over the same period; equipment upgrades in the field of testing have been incorporated into the national "two new" policy support, giving priority to high-end, low-carbon smart equipment. V. NEW MATERIALS AND RESEARCH
Universities and research institutes are the main demand for high-end laboratory equipment. According to the report of the Centre for Documentation and Intelligence of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on the market for scientific instruments, 42 per cent of the demand for ultra-velocity centrifuges in institutions of higher learning and research institutes is used mainly for life science research, proteomics, virus separation purification, etc. The country ' s major research instrument development projects were financed 74 projects in 2025, at a direct cost of approximately 850 million yuan. In the area of materials, frozen drying can be used to prepare high-pore porosity porosity, nanopowder and to avoid particle reunion; thin film preparation relies on experimental membrane plating equipment for recipe screening and minor testing.

VI. Synthetic organisms and microbiological fermentation
Synthetic biology and microbiological engineering pulls demand for high flux culture equipment. According to open data, the size of the market for China ' s oscillating incubators is expected to increase from about RMB 1.2 billion in 2023 to RMB 1.8 billion in 2025, with a compound growth rate of over 20 per cent per year; and the Chinese market is projected at RMB 17.94 billion in 2026, an increase of 8.23 per cent over the previous year. In the middle market (at a unit price of 30,000 to 80,000 yuan), the national product card has reached 62 per cent and accelerated the breakthrough to a higher end.
