Selected elements of pre-sampling equipment
Pre-treatment directly affects the reliability of subsequent analysis and results. This paper summarizes selected focus points for several types of commonly used equipment for use in the laboratory。
I. Centrifugal machines
- Concerned as to whether maximum velocity and corresponding centrifugal power meet the need for sample separation;
- Selecting rotors and adapters based on sample size;
- Temperature-sensitive samples give preference to refrigerated centrifuges.
II. Centrifugal enrichment and freeze dryers
- Enrichment focuses on solvent removal and enrichment, and tundra focuses on cryogenic retention;
- Pay attention to vacuum, temperature range and treatment;
- Volatile solvent operations require a combination of cooling and ventilation.
iii. Hot and hot
- Focus on temperature range, velocity and capacity;
- The culture needs to focus on temperature-controlled calibration and clean sterilization to avoid cross-pollution.
IV. Experimental membranes

- The trainees must follow the protocol.
Selection Recommendations
