Guidelines for maintenance and maintenance of equipment
This guidance applies to the general maintenance and maintenance of high-level biotech (Chongshan) Ltd. centrifuges, vacuum freezers, centrifuges, thermostats, experimental membrane plating machines, etc. The operation is based on the product ' s accompanying instructions。
General maintenance cycle

Product line elements
- Centrifugal machines: Cracks and corrosives are regularly checked by rotors, speeds are strictly prohibited, and the door lid locks are temporarily disabled.
- Vacuum chiller dryer: Vacuum pump oil table and oil, cold frosting, sealing.
- Centrifugal condensers: rotor and cavity cleaning, vacuum system check.
- The constant temperature shakes the bed: moving and deviating, temperature calibration, pallet firm.
- Experimental membrane plating machines: Vacuum cavity and target, power and cooling, procedural maintenance.
⚠️ Red line: Maintenance shall be carried out after power outages, depressions, cooling; parts involving vacuum, high pressure, high temperature are strictly prohibited from carrying electrical work; damage caused by unauthorized dismantling is not covered by warranty.
